John F. Spall, Esquire
John F. Spall is a graduate of Wallenpaupack Area High School (1964),
The University of Scranton (1968), and Villanova University School of
Law (1971). In addition, he has completed The National College of
Advocacy at Harvard University School of Law and National Estate
Planning Institute Certificate at the University of Wisconsin School of
Law. Attorney Spall is the firm's senior partner and is an
experienced real estate attorney with more than 35 years of
experience. He has served as the Pike Wayne Board of Realtors
Legal Counsel since 1974.Attorney Spall is a member of the Wayne and Pike County Bar Associations, The Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, The United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and The Supreme Court of the United States of America.
Current President of Wallenpaupack School District, he is also a Director and Secretary of the Dime Bank, Chairman of the Board of the Pike Wayne Board of the American Red Cross, Director to the Lacawac Sanctuary and a Director to the Greentown Historical Society. Attorney Spall has been Solicitor for Wayne County Housing Authority and Redevelopment Authority. He is licensed for Title Insurance by Fidelity National Title Insurance ompany, First American Title Insurance Company, and Old Republic Title Insurance. He was a Director for the Hawley Bank and numerous other Community Associations.
Joseph R. RydzewskI,
Esquire
Joseph R. Rydzewski is a graduate of the University of Scranton (1970)
and Villanova University School of Law (1973). In addition, he
has been certified as a Civil Trial Advocate. He has served as
President of the statewide Pennsylvania Defense Institute, a
member of the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, and is an
experienced Civil Litigator in the personal injury, property damage,
commercial, construction, and insurance areas.Attorney Rydzewski is a member of the Wayne, Pike, and Lackawanna County Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the various Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
He currently serves as an Officer and Director of Amos Towers Senior Housing and Co-Chairs the Community Division of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Jewish Federation. He is a past member of the Governor's Advisory Counsel on Coal Miner's Respiratory Disease and was a member of both the Blaine-Nye Commission and the Governor's Ad Hoc Committee on Medical Malpractice.

Esquire
Leatrice A. Anderson is a graduate of Rowan University and Rutgers
University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. At Rutgers, she
was a member of the Moot Court Law School Team representing Rutgers
Camden. Attorney Anderson is a member of the Pike, Lackawanna, and Wayne Bar Associations for Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, The United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the New Jersey Courts and The Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Also a former assistant District Attorney for Wayne County and currently guardian ad litem for Pike County, she works between the Hawley Office and the Lords Valley Office.
John D. Lalley, Esquire
John D. Lalley is a graduate of Bishop O'Hara High School, Dunmore Pennsylvania (1987), the University of Scranton (1991), and Thomas Cooley Law School, Lansing, Michigan, graduating Cum Laude. Attorney Lalley was admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar association in 1997. He is a member of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Lackawanna Bar Association.
Attorney Lalley has nine years of experience in Civil Litigation, and six years experience in Family Law in Lackawanna, Wayne, and Pike Counties.
Mark G. Tunis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Marywood
University and is a graduate of Temple University School of Law (1995).
Attorney Tunis was admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar Association in
1996. He is also a member of the Lackawanna Bar Association, a Pennsylvania
Licensed Title Insurance Agent and a former director of the Hazleton Chamber
of Commerce and a former member of the Hazleton Legislative Committee.
