John F. Spall is a graduate of Wallenpaupack Area High School, class of 1964; The University of Scranton, class of 1968; and Villanova University School of Law, class of 1971.

He has completed various programs at The National College of Advocacy at Harvard University School of Law, National Estate Planning Institute Certificate at the University Of Wisconsin School Of Law and the Elder Law Institute at Dickinson School of Law.

Attorney Spall is the firm’s senior partner and is an experienced real estate attorney with more than 45 years of experience.  He has served as the Pike Wayne Board of Realtors legal counsel since 1974.  He also has served Wayne County, as a 1st Assistant District Attorney and County Solicitor.

Attorney Spall is a member of the Wayne and Pike County Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

He is current President of the Wallenpaupack School District, he is also a Director and Secretary of the Dime Bank. He is a current director to the Lacawac Sanctuary.

He was a past Chairman of the Board of the Pike Wayne Board of the American Red Cross and a past director of the Greentown Historical Society. He was a past solicitor for the Wayne County Housing Authority and Redevelopment Authority. He was also a Director for the Hawley Bank, and a director and regional chairman of First Eastern Bank and has served numerous other community organizations.

He has taught real estate seminars for Penn State University, University of Scranton, Coldwell Banker franchises, ERA franchises and ReMax franchises.

He has received the Danforth Foundation Award, the Ronald Reagan Award and is a member of the Wayne County Sports Hall of Fame.

He is a licensed title insurance Agent with Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, Old Republic Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Insurance Company.
Joseph R. Rydzewski is a graduate of the University of Scranton (1970) and Villanova University School of Law (1973).  In addition, he has been certified as a Civil Trial Advocate from 1985 thru 1996.  He has served as President of the statewide Pennsylvania Defense Institute, a member of the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, and is an experienced Civil Litigator in the personal injury, property damage, commercial, construction, and insurance areas.

Attorney Rydzewski is a member of the Wayne, Pike and Lackawanna County Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the various Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

He currently serves as an Officer and Director of Amos Towers Senior Housing and Co-Chaired the Community Division of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Jewish Federation.  He is a past member of the Governor’s Advisory Council on Coal Miner’s Respiratory Disease and was a member of both the Blaine-Nye Commission and the Governor’s Ad Hoc Committee on Medical Malpractice Reform.

He is frequently called upon as a speaker to provide Continuing Legal Education courses for various Bar Association in the areas on Claim Settlement, Insurance Law and Trial Tactics.

John D. Lalley, Esquire
John D. Lalley is a graduate of Bishop O'Hara High School, Dunmore Pennsylvania (1987), the University of Scranton (1991), and Thomas Cooley Law School, Lansing, Michigan, graduating Cum Laude.  Attorney Lalley was admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar association in 1997.  He is a member of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Lackawanna Bar Association.

Attorney Lalley has eighteen years of experience in Civil Litigation, and fifteen years experience in Family Law in Lackawanna, Wayne, and Pike Counties.
Leatrice A. Anderson, Esquire
Mark G. Tunis, Esquire
Mark G. Tunis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Marywood University and is a graduate of Temple University School of Law (1995). Attorney Tunis was admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar Association in 1996. He is also a member of the Lackawanna Bar Association, a Pennsylvania Licensed Title Insurance Agent and a former director of the Hazleton Chamber of Commerce and a former member of the Hazleton Legislative Committee.

Attorney Tunis has 14 years experience in real estate law and his main focus areas are Corporate, Banking and Real Estate law.

Leatrice A. Anderson is a graduate of Rowan University and Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey.  At Rutgers, she was a member of the Moot Court Law School Team representing Rutgers Camden. 

Attorney Anderson is a member of the Pike, Lackawanna, and Wayne Bar Associations for Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, The United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the New Jersey Courts and The Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Attorney Anderson has over 13 years experience with Pennsylvania real estate, real estate litigation and is a licensed title agent.   She represents buyers and sellers in all types of real estate transactions, including leased lands. 

She also maintains extensive experience representing children in dependency matters and child custody disputes to ensure the child’s needs and welfare are being spoken for.   Fifteen years of practice in matters dealing with children and children’s welfare have provided a unique perspective for many custody related matters.  Attorney Anderson maintains the best interest of Child Clients to ensure fundamental development and bonding for the child and parent and occasionally other parties, such as grandparents or kin. 

Further, as the only gestational carrier and surrogate attorney with over 13 years of practice in Northeastern Pennsylvania, she was fundamental in securing the first same sex gestational carrier assisted conception birth registration for Lackawanna County.    She provides representation for intended parents or gestational carriers in Northeastern Pennsylvania from agreement generation to post birth.   Attorney Anderson will secure appropriate parental rights for intended parents implementing the Orphan’s Court for birth certificate registration.
