Zoning and Land Use Issues

The attorneys in our firm have extensive experience in Zoning and Land Use. They have worked with the real property owners from the drawing board to final approval to obtain variances and sub-division approvals.

Attorney Spall has represented the Wayne County Planning Commission and has also been the Wayne County solicitor.

Our firm also has experienced legal staff to assist newly formed developments/communities to compile their restrictive covenants and by-laws for subdivision approvals and to benefit the future real property owner. The law firm has represented developers in four major subdivisions in Wayne and Pike County.
